Luke Stevenson
Luke Stevenson is the owner and head coach at Frota Academy Schaffhausen. He established the academy in 2023 with the goal of bringing a world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy to the city of Schaffhausen.
Luke has years of experience as a teacher and instructor and understands the importance of effective communication. He explains techniques and concepts clearly and challenges his students to reach their individual goals on and off the mats.
Luke puts special emphasis on both technical knowledge and a growth mindset. He emphasizes the importance of diet, health, and the positive lifestyle changes that go with Jiu-Jitsu and encourages his students to become the best versions of themselves.
